UAE Tax Services for Businesses

Corporate Tax, VAT and FTA support for UAE businesses, connected to the accounting records, reconciliations and documentation behind every filing.

HOW WE APPROACH TAX

Tax should inform decisions before they become filings.

Accurate records are the foundation. The greater value is understanding the tax impact before important business decisions are made.

FOUNDATION

Get the records right

Transactions, bookkeeping and financial information need to be complete and reliable.

Reconcile the position

Accounting records, VAT information and supporting schedules should agree.

TAX JUDGEMENT & PLANNING

Determine the tax treatment

Understand how transactions, income, expenses and business circumstances should be treated.

Plan before key decisions

Consider the tax implications of Free Zone positions, business restructuring, major transactions and timing before important decisions are finalised.

OUTPUT

Document the position

Maintain the working papers and supporting evidence behind significant tax positions.

File with confidence

The return becomes the output of the work rather than the beginning of it.

UAE EINVOICING

eInvoicing is moving from preparation to implementation.

The UAE eInvoicing pilot began on 1 July 2026, and voluntary implementation is available. Mandatory adoption follows in phases, making this the time to assess invoice processes, accounting data and system readiness.

For most businesses, readiness starts with understanding how invoices are created, what data the accounting system holds, where information gaps exist and what will need to connect with an Accredited Service Provider.

AED 50 million and above

Appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026.

Mandatory implementation from 1 January 2027.

Below AED 50 million

Appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 31 March 2027.

Mandatory implementation from 1 July 2027.

WHY HASEEB & PARTNERS

Tax support with clear ownership and senior attention.

The engagement should be clear from the start: what we are reviewing, where judgement is required, who is responsible and what happens next.

Clear scope

We establish what needs to be reviewed, what information is required and where separate work may be needed before the engagement proceeds.

Connected finance and tax

Where the tax position depends on the accounting records, we deal with that connection rather than treating the issue in isolation.

Senior involvement

Important tax matters receive direct senior attention. Where specialist representation or Tax Agent involvement is required, this is confirmed within the engagement scope.

Clear next steps

Where something needs attention, management should understand the issue, why it matters and what needs to happen next.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What businesses often ask us about UAE tax support.

We support UAE businesses with Corporate Tax and VAT compliance, including registration support where applicable, return preparation, tax reconciliations, review of the underlying financial records and ongoing compliance support. Detailed Corporate Tax and VAT requirements are handled through the relevant specialist service.

The required service depends on your registration status, transaction volume, business structure and the condition of your financial records. Corporate Tax return support and VAT Compliance are scoped separately based on the specific filing requirements and the level of ongoing involvement required.

Yes. We can manage both Corporate Tax and VAT Compliance where the requirements overlap. We first assess the business situation, the filings required and the condition of the records, then confirm the appropriate scope rather than assuming a single standard approach.

Yes. We frequently work alongside internal finance teams or external accountants. We agree responsibilities, confirm the information required from each party and provide the tax compliance and technical support needed for the agreed scope.

Reliable tax filings depend on sufficiently complete accounting records, reconciliations and supporting evidence for relevant transactions. If the accounts are incomplete or unreconciled, we first identify the outstanding work and its impact on the tax position. Where necessary, accounting clean-up can be handled through a separate Accounting & Bookkeeping scope.

A Tax Health Check can review previous filings against the available accounting records to identify potential exposure. Where an FTA query has been raised, we can review the correspondence and determine if we can support the response based on the scope and representation required.

Yes, we support businesses operating in both Mainland UAE and Free Zones. The appropriate Corporate Tax treatment, including any Qualifying Free Zone Person positions, is assessed based on the specific entity, activities and compliance conditions rather than a generalised assumption.

Pricing is determined by the required scope, the number of operating entities, registration requirements, transaction complexity and the condition of the existing accounting records. We confirm the scope and the fee arrangement before the engagement begins.
